Scriptify allows you to both book meetings, as well as send emails with one click during the call. Let's take a closer look on how this is done.

To be able to book meetings with Scriptify, you either need your Hubspot calendar connected or your Google calendar connected. This can be done in the integrations section. Once you have Google or Hubspot calendar integrated, let's see what we can do with these.

Say there are two types of meetings you typically book, one can be a short discovery call in-case you aren't fully sure if the prospect is qualified, and the other one is a direct demo with your AE. Let's first create standard templates for both these cases.

Assuming you have your Google calendar or Hubspot integrated, simply click on 'Add template'. This pops up a dialog where we will set up our first template, which is of a discovery call.

First, let's give it a name, let's call it "Scriptify discovery call". This is not something that your prospect will see, it's just for your reference.

Next, let's choose Google as our calendar provider, and check "Add a meet Google meet link".

Lets now select 15 minutes as the meeting duration, as this will be just the discovery call.

Next comes what your prospect will see, the meeting title. Here, you can inject custom variables such as prospect's name, company etc dynamically by putting it inside square brackets like so. When you are on the call, Scriptify already knows who you are talking to, so it will inject the person's information without you having to do anything.

Let's call this First name, Scriptify, discovery call.

Next, you can also add detailed notes for the meeting, which can also be templatized.

Let me add "Hi first name, this is a discovery call with Scriptify".

Next, let's put our account executive's email id as a default guest.

An important thing to note here is you need to make sure that the AE has shared their calendar with you so you can see their free busy schedule and also directly book with them.

Next, let's click save and that's it! You have just put together a meeting template.

Let's quickly see what this looks like on an actual call.

As you can see we are in the dialer right now and we are about to book a meeting. Let's go to the meeting tab. Notice as soon as you click on this tab, you see immediately see all your shared calendars and to your right, your current templates.

Let's choose the one that we just built.

As long as the template is selected, you can now click anywhere, and as soon as you do, it pops up the dialog with all the information pre-filled, along with the guests added. Once you are happy, click save and the invite link is sent to the prospect! That's it!

Notice that Scriptify also shows you your timeline as well as the customer's local timezone so you know exactly what timezones you are working with. It also shows all the blocked busy slots of you as well as your AE, as long as they have their calendars shared with you on google.
