Advanced - Send emails from Scriptify AI Parallel Dialer - YouTube

Ever had the situation where the prospect asks you to send an email? Scriptify lets you do this with one click using Email templates. For this, you first need to either integrate your Gsuite account with Scriptify by going to Settings, and then click on Google. Or you can also integrate one of your inboxes you might be using to send cold emails. This is highly advised, as you shouldn't be sending from your primary domains.

To integrate your custom SMTP mailbox, just click on the SMTP settings and input the details you got from your SMTP provider, and click save.

Once you have set up your email sender, let's go and add the email template. Since we are already in the settings, let's click on "Email templates" and then click "Add template" button. In the pop up, let's call our template "Our first email template", and in the subject, we can inject custom variables of the person we are talking to by hitting square brackets just like we did with meeting templates.

Let's put the subject line as the first name of the person, followed by a couple of arrows like so, and our company name, Scriptify.

We can do the same in the body, let's put in

Hi first name,

This is Dev, we just spoke on the phone and you asked me to send you more information on our product, so here it s...

Regards,
Dev

Once we are done, let's click save.

Now let's see how this would look like in an actual call.

Alright now we are on a call with someone and they just asked us that they would like some more information. Let's quickly send them an email from the template we just built. For this, just click on the "Email" tab, and as you can see, the first template is already selected. To change templates, you can click right here, and switch to the template you want.

Notice how the custom variables like the first name etc are dynamically replaced by the prospect's information. Additionally, if we want to make some changes to the email, we can also put those by directly editing the email on the fly as well. Say in this example, we might want to change our Regards to Kind regards.

Once we are happy with the email, we can hit send and that's all!
