Advanced - Part 4 - Instant AI call analytics and push notifications
November 21, 2024
Say you want certain questions answered at the end of every call quickly, and you don't want to wait until the end of the day or week to review all the calls. You want instant analytics so you can help your reps on the spot. Scriptify helps you do this using push notifications.
Let's say if your rep marks the outcome of a call as "not interested," and you want to know exactly why that person wasn't interested, you can create a push alert to answer this question. As soon as a not-interested call is logged, Scriptify will analyze the call, answer your question, and immediately send you a Slack notification on your selected channel. Let's implement this.
First, make sure you have integrated Slack and chosen the channel you want these alerts to go to; otherwise, Scriptify won't know where to send those alerts. You can do this by going to Settings, integrations, and clicking on "Connect" next to Slack.
Now, let's create this alert by going to "Push alerts" in the settings tab. Since we don't have any alerts currently, let's create one by clicking on "Add alert" up top.
Let's put in the question we want Scriptify to answer right here: "Why was the prospect not interested?" and then let's choose "Short Description" for our answer.
Before clicking "Add alert," let's take a quick look at other options we have here. Notice that you can also have alerts that either have a yes or no answer, and you can assign them a score! You can treat these as scorecards and add multiple alerts to a single disposition. Scriptify will automatically group them, calculate the percentage score for the call, and include that in the Slack notification.
Let's first add this alert by clicking on the "Add alert" button.
Once we have our alerts set up, let's attach them to specific dispositions. This way, Scriptify will know which alert to trigger based on the call outcome. In this case, we want this alert to trigger only when the call is marked as "Not interested." Let's head over to our dispositions. Let's find the one that says "not interested" and click on the gear icon next to it. We will add the alert as an automation to this disposition. For this, choose "Push alert to Slack" from the dropdown menu, and click "Save." Note that by default, this will be local to the current user. If you want this alert to be deployed across your organization, just toggle "Deploy across org" before clicking save.
That's it! Scriptify will send you this alert whenever the call is marked with your desired disposition.
You can repeat this process for multiple dispositions and create multiple alerts, scorecards, etc., so you never miss a bad call.
