Now let's explore how to pull data from these integrations and work with CSVs.

Head over to the leads section, where you can see all your leads in one place, whether they're pulled from one of your integrations or from a CSV.

Notice that you can organize everything into folders.

Let's see how to import data from a platform like Apollo. Simply click on the "Import" button on your top left. In the dialog that pops up, you can choose any of your connected platforms as a data source, or even CSV. Once you click on any data source, you can choose exactly what you want to import. In Apollo's case, you can either import all due call tasks or import due tasks from a specific sequence. Once you've selected what you want to import, just click done and let Scriptify work its magic.

Now instead of clicking done here, let's quickly see how to import data from a CSV in Scriptify. Follow the same steps as before, but click on "CSV" as your source. You'll then get the option to drag and drop your CSV file.

A few important notes: Make sure your CSV file has a header row with all the column labels (for example: first name, last name, email, phone, mobile, etc.). If you don't have a header row, Scriptify will have trouble correctly assigning the columns.

As soon as you drag the CSV, you'll see a popup to map all your fields. This is very important, so pay close attention. Scriptify will try to map all your fields based on your row headers; however, it can make mistakes. Make sure to double-check all your mappings, especially first name, last name, LinkedIn, website, email, and most importantly, your phone fields, which are critical.

Scriptify allows you to map a maximum of 5 phone numbers for a given prospect. These fields are: phone, mobile, phone 1, phone 2, and phone 3. Make sure all your phone fields are assigned to one of these, as Scriptify will begin calling these numbers in that specific order. Your mapping should reflect this priority.

Once you've reviewed your mapping, just click done, and your data should be imported within seconds. After import, you can make changes to the data just like you would in Google Sheets. To make changes, simply click on the cell you want to update, make your change, and hit the return key.
