Cold calling is hard... but we all have to admit that it works....

its the fastest way to generate pipeline and it's likely the backbone on your company...

However, over the years, the connect rates have been falling through the roof...

In fact , Gartner's latest report shows that the connect rates have fallen below 2% in 2024...

No one seems to be answering their damn phones...

But why is that?

When you call your mom, she seems to answer

Or when you call your Bob, Bill or Ryan, they all seem to answer their phones...

Why is it that when you call your friends or family or even folks you don't know with your phone,
you get a near 100% pickup rate...

But when your reps call from a CRM, it's usually 2-3 pickups per 100 dials?

The current tech landscape looks something like this...

1. Regular auto-dialers (think Kixie, Phone Burner etc)

2. Parallel dialers (think Nooks, Orum, Salesfinity etc)

3. List validation services (think Phone Ready Leads)

I am sure you have tried exploring these options...

Regular dialers are no good as they keep connecting you to voicemails, which at the end of the day
is similar to what you are already doing with your CRM

Parallel dialers work well for the first 2 weeks (which is... surprise surprise, the end of your trial...)
